This gentle yet powerful sunscreen is terrific for protecting your fragile skin areas such as around your eyes. If you have Laser Hair Reduction or Microdermabrasion then you will find this the perfect sunscreen to prevent sun damage when your skin is vulnerable. The gentle nature of Heliocare Gel means it is fantastic for people who suffer with bad acne or rosacea.
Heliocare Gel is perfect for the daily prevention of photo-aging and sun damage. It is suitable for lessening the effects of medication-induced photosensitivity, preventing melasma in greasy skins and photodermatosis. In addition it can also be used for sun protection whilst using topical and/or oral retinoids (Vitamin A). Heliocare Gel is transparent, water resistant and can be used under mineral make-up.

Heliocare Gel is an exclusive formulation that is free of all comedogenic lipids and is therefore perfect for greasy and mixed skin types. It  is a light beige cream like gel that does not have a whitening effect when applied. Heliocare Gel is water resistant.

Formulated with both physical and chemical UV filters alongside impressive DNA-protecting Fernblock™ (an extract sourced from a fern with the ability to protect itself against the suns rays), this lightweight, comforting gel has been specifically formulated to keep easily irritated skin safe in the sun. Its oil-free, non-comedogenic and soothing, helping to reduce visible redness associated with topical Retinoid use and in-clinic procedures such as microdermabrasion.

Directions for using Heliocare Ultra Gel 50+:

Suitable for combination, oily and problematic skin types, gently massage into clean dry skin every morning at least 30 minutes prior to sun exposure.

Massage into clean dry skin every morning after applying moisturiser. Re-apply every few hours during periods of prolonged sun exposure, especially after swimming or sweating.
