Most orders are shipped with a tracking number and require acknowledgement of delivery. If acknowledgement is not available when the delivery is attempted the carrier will leave a card advising where the parcel is held. It is your responsibility to arrange re delivery or collect the parcel within 7 days of the date of the card.
In the event that correctly delivered goods are returned to Cheshire Lasers by the carrier the company reserves the right to charge the cost incurred to resend the goods again.
If your delivery is delayed we are bound by the Royal Mails terms and conditions. Items can not be deemed as lost until 15 working days after the day of delivery. Only at this stage can we sent out a replacement item.

Cheshire Lasers Ltd fully recognises all consumer protection Laws. Due to the nature of the products returns cannot be accepted. Please ensure that the products ordered are correct for the indications you propose to treat. Shortages or non-delivery must be notified within 7 days of invoice date.
